What Are The Payment Methods?

Deposit or Bank Transfer: You can make a deposit or transfer at Santander or Oxxo. Pay Pal: Use the Pay Pal platform to pay with linked credit or debit cards (Visa, Master Card and American Express), it is not mandatory to have a registered account.
Can I buy outside the USA?

Sure! We ship internationally, no problem.

Is it safe to buy online from the website?
Yes, absolutely! At Pekelash we guarantee the secure transmission of your personal information over the internet. We do not store any credit card information nor do we share your personal information with third parties.



Are the shipments secure?
Absolutely! Once the payment has been made and confirmed, when your purchase leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number with which you can track the order from the moment it leaves our offices until it arrives in your hands. Do you offer exchanges and returns?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged products.  If an item may be considered defective, please email :pekelash@gmai.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and A Photo of The Product. Defective items need to be addressed within 15 days from the day of purchase. If the product is defective by Pekelash, you will be eligible for a replacement of the same item.
